TOWN OF FRANKFORT NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the town board of the Town of Frankfort has adopted a code of ordinances entitled, “Town of
Frankfort Code of Ordinances”
This code can be read under the Ordinances tab and deals with the following topics:
Chapter 1- General Provisions
Chapter 2- Government and Administration
Chapter 3- Public Safety
Chapter 4- Public Works
Chapter 7- Licensing and Regulation
Chapter 10- Building Codes/Erosion
The Town Board has authorized cost sharing of dust control applications with residents. If you are interested in controlling
the dust from a Town crushed rock road near your residence, please contact Chairman Brad Anderson before the May Town Board
meeting.
The regular monthly Board meeting will be held Tuesday, July 8, 2008, 8:00 p.m. at the Frankfort Town Hall.
