DOG LICENSE FEES:
It is State law that
all dogs must be licensed. This is for public safety, as
licensed dogs will need to have a current rabies vaccination. The license
fee is $8.00 for altered dogs, and $20.00 for intact dogs. Multiple dog licenses
(12 dogs or more) will remain the same at $60.00. Licenses may be
obtained by mail by sending a copy of the rabies certificate along with a
separate check made payable to the Town of Frankfort. The certificate will
be returned to you with your license(s). If you no longer have your dog, please
contact me so I can remove your pet from the Town's dog list.

The Town of
Frankfort's Zoning Ordinance was adopted on July 31, 2013. For information
regarding permitted structures and uses, please refer to the Zoning Ordinance

required for the 2016 Elections. Please
remember to bring a photo I.D. A current
Wisconsin driver's license is acceptable. For those that don't have that, there
are other forms of acceptable photo ID -- check out www.bringit.wi.gov for the
first election is February
16, with the next election (which includes the U.S. Presidential primary) on

If you have any
questions regarding your taxes, changes in property value or other
assessment issues, please direct them to the Town Assessor, Mark Garlick,

Name changes to
parcels must be changed through the County at the Registrar of
Deeds Office, (715) 672-8856. Legally, I can only change billing addresses on
tax statements. The first half of your real estate and
personal property taxes are to be paid by January 31, 2016.
Please return the bottom portion of your tax statement along with your payment,
payable to the Town of Frankfort. Please allow 10 business days to
receive your receipt. Payments received by mail are preferred, but if you must
pay in person, please call me to schedule an appointment as my work
schedule varies. Any taxes postmarked after January 31, 2016, will be
delinquent. The County Treasurer will add interest and penalties
to all delinquent taxes.
