TAXES:
NEW THIS YEAR: There is a Town Dropbox, bright yellow, located at the Treasurer’s address just off the driveway. It
will be checked daily during tax season for tax payments.
The first half of your real estate and personal property taxes are to be paid by January 31, 2021. Any taxes postmarked after
January 31, 2021, will be delinquent. The County Treasurer will add interest and penalties to all delinquent taxes.
Please return the bottom portion of your tax statement along with your payment, payable to the Town of Frankfort. Please allow
10 business days to receive your receipt. Payments received by mail are preferred. If you need to bring by a payment in person
then you must use the drop box, for safety reasons. Cash payments need to be exact change only.

Name changes to parcels must be changed through the County at the Registrar of Deeds Office, (715) 672-8856. Legally, I can
only change billing addresses on tax statements.
The second installment of real estate tax is due to PEPIN CO TREASURER
by July 31, 2021. Second installment checks must be made payable to the Pepin County Treasurer and sent to: 740 7th Ave.W
